Investing in Our People Pays Huge Dividends in Managing Corporate Culture
Here at Datatrial, we’re in the midst of growing a strong, diverse company. Not only do we recognize that this will always be an ongoing initiative, but also know that a huge part of creating such a company is investing in people. But what does that really mean?
Our corporate focus on continuous improvement and quality extends to our team in the form of career development. We assist in the process of nurturing careers and expanding skill sets, which ensures that the resources are in place to support all of our projects successfully. And we think we do a pretty good job of career development, but we’d prefer to let others tell us that. That’s why we’re happy to share that we’ve earned “Investors in People” certification.
What Does It Mean to Be Investors in People?
The Investors in People certification is recognition for our dedication to career development. This volunteer assessment scheme measures the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning and development programs in an effort to improve overall organizational performance.
In challenging economic times, it’s more important than ever to grow responsibly. We feel that career development and managing corporate culture are vital parts of that pursuit of sustainable growth—and we hope you agree.
