Our BD methodology is centered around building value-based relationships with our target audience and then managing the sales process to make sure all parties come away with a good feeling, regardless of the outcome.

Responsibilities:
- Promote and present a range of high quality clinical services and cutting-edge clinical software
- Generate leads through phone, email and conference outreach
- Develop new business opportunities in line with annual targets
- Travel extensively (approximately 30-50%)
- Write proposals
- Prepare and attend bid defense meetings
- Manage house accounts and interact with Operations to assure customer satisfaction
- Maintain record of activity in Datatrial’s CRM system
- Support marketing, operational, and quality efforts
Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of the life sciences industry and clinical trial process (prefer a minimum of three years in industry)
- Superb communication skills (speaking, writing and listening)
- Developed relationship skills, including likability
- Ability to demonstrate and present company capabilities and clinical trial software
- Competence at the team sell and working effectively in a complex sales model
