What I do at Datatrial:

 Every day is different. One day I can be calling people trying to find out how we can help them. The next, I will be traveling attending a conference or visiting customers both prospective and current. My job really is about building relationships on a daily basis.

What I like about working at Datatrial:

I really enjoy meeting new people and working with the team both in the US and Newcastle. It’s great to work with people who really know their jobs.

How medicine has positively impacted my family’s life:

Personally, I have some family members who either suffered or are suffering from Cancer. It never ceases to amaze me how treatments have improved over the years. I like to think that I work in an industry that has made these successes possible.

Some things I enjoy doing outside of work:

I love to play golf. It doesn’t love me so much but once in a while the golfing Gods are good and that keeps me coming back. I also love reading and am getting into gardening, anything from veggies to flowers. Ah the joys of a new house and garden. Hard work but rewarding.

My favourite movie and book:

Bookwise anything by John Connolly, he’s a great writer of thrillers with a twist. For movies for me it’s Once, a small budget Irish movie which won best song at the Oscars a couple of years ago. Just a nice little movie.
