Customer Success Marketer 

The Customer Success Marketer is responsible for developing marketing programs and delivering marketing collateral to reach customers and increase brand and product awareness through various communication methods.


You will provide creative input for marketing campaigns and work with outside agencies to develop these campaigns and other engagement related pieces and events.  Creating bid and proposal templates, website content, presentations for customer pitches and other general marketing materials, as required for outreach and outbound prospecting, will also fall under your remit.

Working closely with the Sales function and Customer Success Specialist you will be instrumental in the success and growth of an integrated marketing and sales strategy by identifying customer needs, generating leads and raising awareness of the product solutions on offer.  Your objective will be to play a significant role in the success of the company as we strive to achieve our business goals.


An ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • BS/BA degree in marketing, business or related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the technology/SaaS sector
  • The ideal candidate will possess a clear understanding of marketing and selling SaaS products and solutions, preferably in the life science/health sector.  Understanding the value proposition, competitive landscape and desired customer outcomes is requisite.  Key attributes will be an individual that is motivated, results-driven and have a proven track record in B2B marketing. You will be comfortable working with autonomy whilst operating in an environment based on trust with accountability.
