Global Sales Manager

The Global Sales Manager is the initial point of contact with potential customers and is responsible for presenting the professional image, capabilities, and competencies of Datatrial.


You will hold responsibility for planning, implementing, and managing an integrated marketing and sales strategy to identify customer needs and offer sales solutions.

You will have the ability to drive revenue by developing new business in UK/Europe and North America as well as retaining and expanding existing business is also essential. Proven experience in making sales presentations and coordinating service needs with internal teams will also be a requirement for this role.


An ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • BS/BA degree in business, scientific,  or related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years of related experience in the life science and clinical trials sector.
  • The ideal candidate will have an established network of contacts in the life sciences industry and possess a clear understanding of selling SaaS products and solutions in this sector.  Understanding the value proposition, competitive landscape, contractual matters and service level agreements is requisite.  A key attribute will be an individual that is comfortable with autonomy operating in an environment based on trust with accountability
