Giving, Gratitude and Grounding. Celynn Morin emphasises the importance of these three G’s in today’s well being bite size video. As a nation we have really pulled together to show our support for our key workers and National Health Service. Giving our time on a Thursday at 8pm to clap showing gratitude for all those working on the front line and many running 5km when we are not typical runners to donate money to various charities. This experience has also helped us appreciate the little things we often overlook when we are caught up in our usual hectic lives, many of which we will continue to appreciate long after this is all over.
